Taxes, fees and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. This price is calculated by the customs service. It is to be paid to the customs service at the time of delivery. Cèdre & Rondins can tell you the approximate amount of these fees.

To deliver quickly, Cèdre & Rondins works in partnership with:
– the FRANCE ALLIANCE courier service for small volumes and / or small quantities. Packages are delivered without pallets.
– ZIEGLER – DACHSER – KUEHNE & NAGEL carriers for large volumes and / or large quantities. Packages are usually delivered on pallets.
We inform you by email when your parcels are delivered to our carrier.
He contacts you by phone to arrange a delivery appointment.
On the day of delivery, the driver gives you a voucher.
Before signing it, you must check the conformity of the packages (number of packages, condition of packages and their contents).
The delivery does not include the assembly of the products by the driver.
Delivery is in front of your house, on the sidewalk or on the property line.
In case of missing parcel(s), you must notify it with details on the transport document (voucher) before signing it.
